Getting Clear about Clarity

During conversations having to do with living into our dreams, it is very often highlighted as a crucial piece to the puzzle. We often find ourselves expressing a desire and need for more of it. And if we are not feeling grounded in it, the experience of moving forward with our visions from a place of ease and flow tends to elude us.

So what is the IT that I am referring to here?

Well, I first want to acknowledge that there are probably a number of things that could be a perfect answer to that question! But today I want to focus on one in particular.

Clarity.

Yes indeed, clarity is a powerful, powerful thing. And I believe that we know this on an intuitive level, which leads us to look in this direction on a regular basis.

Yet, as frequently as we may talk about clarity as part of manifesting our dreams, I find that we could often benefit from diving more deeply into the subject. For example, what exactly do we mean when we say clarity? Why is clarity so important? And to best serve our dreams, what do we want to have immense clarity about?

In hopes of supporting you in this arena, I would love to outline five things that you want to be crystal clear about to dramatically increase your success with realizing your dreams.

So here we go. Let's get clear about clarity!

~ Clarity about the fact that you are the designer of your life When it comes to fully owning your creative power as the architect of your life, how would you describe yourself? Are you enjoying a deep sense of knowing that Source is your Divine partner and that life is happening "through you?" Or do you have the tendency to feel that life is happening "to you?" I urge you to not underestimate the difference between the two. When you are crystal clear that you are the designer of your life, you no longer feel at the mercy of circumstances. You are fully embracing the truth that you are creating your life with the thoughts you think, the beliefs you hold and the stories you tell. It is about no longer sleepwalking through your days. No more living in automatic pilot mode. Instead, you are practicing tons of conscious choice and you are savoring an empowered stance in your life. As Abraham (of the Abraham-Hicks teachings) says, "If you will let your dominant intention be to revise and improve the content of the story you tell every day of your life, it is our absolute promise to you that your life will become that ever-improving story. For by the powerful Law of Attraction--the essence of that which is like unto itself is drawn--it must be!"

~ Clarity about the gifts you offer when you are honoring and living your dream Sometimes we are holding back with our dreams because we feel selfish, guilty or fearful of shaking things up. We can get trapped in worry about what others might think, eventually allowing ourselves to be convinced that we "shouldn't" pursue our dreams. I find this dynamic to be especially true if those in our personal circle are stuck in survival mode. Amidst such struggle, we can then experience even more difficulty giving ourselves permission to thrive. But let me be very clear regarding this next point. Living your life in the most authentic, alive and passionate way does not serve just you. It serves the world. Why do I say this? Well, just think for a moment about the impact of denying your heart's desires, of b urying your dreams. Really be willing to see the ripple effect of living in this painful place. And now take a moment to get in touch with the energy, the light and the love that is radiating through you when you are living your purpose. Can you see and feel the dramatic difference? I sure hope so. It is time to honor your truth. Know that the world is waiting to be blessed by your special contribution. So I encourage you to give yourself full permission to move forward with your dreams and to have no doubt that in doing so, you are then giving others permission as well.

~ Clarity about your values As you navigate your journey, what values are you fiercely committed to honoring and expressing more fully? Who are you devoted to BEING, no matter what? And when it comes to growing your dream, what core values are serving as your guide? If you have not yet enjoyed the process of clarifying and consciously owning your values, I want to strongly suggest that you not wait another minute. I am serious. And as you leap into this lusciousness, be open to the possibility that the process can be an absolute life changer. I am happy to share that it truly was for me! Trust that once you have deep clarity about your values, you have an unparalleled guide for decision making. You will begin to see and feel on a whole new level that the more fully you choose to live i n alignment with your values, the more joy and aliveness you experience. The more joy and aliveness you feel, the stronger your connection to Source. And rest assured, it is this Divine connection that is THE PATH for allowing in radical fulfillment and success.

~ Clarity about your vision/dream Where are you with taking the time to thoroughly clarify and boldly declare what it is that you really want? And please notice that I said what you REALLY want! If you were to paint a picture from a place of pure possibilities and absolute trust, what would your canvas convey? As you ponder your dream, what emerges in your heart? What does your big vision hold? How does it feel? Who are you BEING? As you play with this visioning process, I invite you to imagine that you are literally placing an order with the Universe. And remember that the more clarity you bring, the more the Universe can generously support you by providing the exact resources and opportunities that will help you to grow into your vision. ~ Clarity about the following spiritual truth: When you ask, it is given Everything we want is already here energetically. Period. It is important for us to remember that whether we are doing so deliberately or not, we are always engaged in a splendid process of co-creation with Source. And when we ask, Source answers, every single time. No exceptions. Given this reality, it is not our "job" to go out and forcefully make things happen, but to be a vibrational match to our desires, to be on the same energetic wavelength. Essentially, it is about releasing our resistance so that we are truly open to receiving the desires of our heart. So I am curious. How aligned do you feel with this TRUTH?
