True Transformation Tools

I am going to guess that if you are traveling along the entrepreneurial trail, you are doing so with the help of what I will call a business tool box. You have an assortment of transformation tools that are meant to generously support you with living into your dream business. Now, having said that, I want you to think about what you consider to be the essential tools to have in this box.

What do you hold as the necessities for enjoying radical success, ease and fulfillment as a heart-centered entrepreneur?

What I see is that most of us, especially if we are new to the entrepreneurial world, spend quite a bit of time and energy accumulating A LOT for our tool boxes. We have plans, resources, systems, strategies, blueprints, templates, and more. We have websites, newsletters, shopping carts, blogs, autoresponders, and more. In fact, many of us end up with overstuffed tool boxes that, unfortunately, contribute to outrageous overwhelm and lack of focus!

Given this phenomenon, I am feeling inspired to laser in on some of the key tools that I believe serve as our foundation for using ANY of the other tools effectively. I am talking about the tools that really allow for the thrilling results and splendid outcomes in our business.

And while I admit this is not easy for me to imagine, if we could ONLY have the following six "tools" in our business tool box, I am confident that we would be perfectly equipped and prepared for absolutely anything.

Let's take a closer look at these Power Tools!

Love You know the saying love makes the world go 'round? Well, I am here to say that love makes your business go 'round! I am serious. The energy of love is profoundly powerful. Given this reality, I encourage you to reflect on how much love you are currently infusing into your business. Do you sense that you are playing full out, or is there a holding back? For example, are you loving your purpose and mission? Are you loving your creative process? Are you loving the growth and transformation? And the supreme adventures that come with the entrepreneurial way of being? How about loving your clients? And most importantly, how are you with loving yourself?

Joy Most of us have not been taught to let pleasure be a priority in our lives, to allow fun and joy to be our guide as we deliberately design our days. In fact, we more often receive the message that following our bliss is not realistic and that it will lead to struggle and hardship. As a result, we can establish a pattern in our businesses where joy and play are reserved for when the work is done, assuming they are focused upon at all. And this is such a maddening trap. We have it all backwards. As Abraham (of Abraham-Hicks) teaches so beautifully, feeling good is a sign that you are in alignment with who you really are, that you are aligned with your divine nature. It means that you are in a state of allowing. Your joy is an indication of a strong connection to Source energy. So the essential question becomes where are you with honoring this truth? Where are you with giving yourself full permission to claim joy as your foundation? My wish for you is that you cultivate unshakeable confidence in the fact that joy is your true power. That you know that joy is your fuel. Joy is your pathway to infinite possibilities.

Trust Let's just dive right in, okay? Do you trust yourself? Do you trust Spirit? Do you trust that you have magnificent gifts to share? Do you trust that there really is no competition? Do you trust that you are never, ever alone in your journey? Do you trust your inner voice? Do you trust that you are divinely supported to live the desires of your heart? Do you trust that everything is always working out for your highest good, no exceptions? And trust me, I am just getting started with these questions! And yes, pun intended!

Curiosity Just think for a moment about the energy of genuine curiosity. Can you feel how its an energy of lightness, receptivity, expansion and non-attachment? And can you feel how coming from such a perspective abundantly serves you and your business? The key is for us to be truly willing to play with it, to consciously choose curiosity instead of jumping to conclusions or judgments. I find this choice to be particularly crucial when we are experiencing "growing pains" within our business, or when the circumstances do not look the way we want or how we were expecting. Instead of judging "what is," if we practice curiosity amidst the "chaos," it can make all the difference in the world. From this empowered place, we are wide open to the lessons, the unexpected blessings and the divine opportunities that are right there waiting for our undivided attention.

Devotion This is about being 100% committed to your dream, and then some. I am talking about reaching that place inside yourself where giving up is not an option. You have said a big, bold, unequivocal YES to your dream business, and there is no turning back. You are holding your dream with the utmost respect and tenderness, fiercely protecting it as sacred. And no matter how wild the ride may get, no matter how many twists and turns may appear on the road, you remain deeply connected and dedicated to your vision. You keep showing up.

Appreciation How would you describe your current level of appreciation for your NOW? When it comes to holding the big vision for your dream business, are you doing so while also feeling grounded in gratitude and appreciation for exactly where you are in this moment? As each day passes, I see more and more clearly how we are called to engage in a delicate balancing act. We are called to embrace the exhilarating desire to stretch into our wildest dreams...AND fully honor and embrace the perfection of today.
